Duties & Responsibilities

• Filing Co-op reports for our clients
• Keep track of the advertising details to ensure our clients qualify for reimbursement
• Making sure funds are used during their designated time period
• Keeping up with all the brands' filing differences
• Filing Co-op for both Traditional and Digital Media, as well as Production
• Keep track of the required documentation to file Co-Op

Requirements

• Familiarity with bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures
• Competency in MS Office Excel
• Well-organized and detail‑oriented
• Aptitude for numbers
• Ability to accurately and efficiently analyze data.
