Particle is a startup based in the San Francisco Bay Area. We are seeking candidates who are self-starters, adaptable, and flexible in a startup environment. As a team of veteran technologists from Twitter, Tesla, Periscope, and more, we are developing a next-generation news platform to reimagine your daily intake of news. We value active engagement in discussions and encourage contribution to the product development process.

We are looking for a Content Marketing and Growth Manager to manage Particles content and customer acquisition strategy. Youll spend your time driving Particles content calendar, creating cohesive campaigns across various channels including social media, App Store, newsletters, website and app, advertising, and more. You will be in charge of identifying new growth opportunities for Particle and executing them.

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of overall work experience, including in Content Marketing
• Outstanding writing, editing, and communication skills
• Ability to write engage copy that appeals to a variety of audiences while keeping a respectful tone
• Experience managing social channels and interacting with their communities
• Experience managing paid acquisition campaigns
• Staying cool under public pressure (people on the Internet can be a lot!)

Nice to have

• Experience with modern graphic design tools for creating and cutting assets
• Experience with SEO, including App Store SEO
• Previous experience in news or journalism
