Job Title: Waterproofing Installer – Multiple Openings

We’re growing fast and hiring multiple Waterproofing Installers! No experience? No problem—we’ll train reliable, hard-working individuals ready to learn a skilled trade.
What You’ll Do:
Apply building joint sealants (silicone/polyurethane)
Install waterproofing and dampproofing systems
Assist with coatings, drainage systems, and concrete repair
Work with sheet-applied, hot/cold fluid-applied materials
Maintain safety and quality standards on job sites
What You Bring:
1+ year of construction experience preferred but not required
Ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and use power tools
Eagerness to learn and work as part of a team
Carpentry experience is a plus
