RemX is seeking a Field Service Engineer to support large belt conveyors and rotating equipment used in water and wastewater treatment applications. This role involves national travel for installations, commissioning, and troubleshooting, with occasional in-office technical collaboration. The ideal candidate has strong mechanical and electrical aptitude, experience with PLC-driven systems, and excels in interpreting schematics, diagnosing issues, and delivering excellent customer service.

Note: This position requires 80% national travel

The Position

• Perform installations, training, troubleshooting, and repairs on large belt conveyors, rotating equipment, and PLC-driven automation systems.
• 3+ years of field service experience with industrial machinery
• Strong mechanical and electrical skills with the ability to interpret schematics and work with Allen-Bradley PLCs.
• Willing to travel nationally 80%+ to customer sites.
• Provide both on-site and remote technical support for equipment and customer operations
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with diverse customers and internal teams
