Job Description We are seeking
Reach Truck Operators for a full time position with our client, a leading producer of one of the world's most popular trading card games located in Durham, NC. The Reach Truck Operator will be responsible for working with electric pallet jacks, reach trucks and forklifts, loading and unloading products from incoming and outgoing trucks, and examining products to ensure conformance to quality standards. You will have a solid understanding of meeting or exceeding production goals consistently. This is a full time, day shift or night shift position located in Durham, NC.
Pay: $20 - $21.50
Hours: 7a-7p 2-2-3

As a Reach Truck Operator, you will be responsible for: - Operating electric pallet jacks, reach trucks, and forklifts safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload products from incoming and outgoing trucks.
- Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards and report any discrepancies.
- Consistently meet or exceed production goals.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Handle materials, including lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 50 lbs.
- Show up reliably for scheduled shifts
The ideal candidate for this role will have: - High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 or more years of recent (within a year) experience with Reach Truck and Forklift in a warehouse environment
- Effective communication skills, including the ability to create and maintain productive working relationships
- Ability to show up for required, scheduled shifts
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs
