The Regional General Manager (RGM) will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of this territory, acting as both a business development leader and a hands-on operator. The RGM will also oversee and lead a team of Merchandising Specialists, ensuring consistent execution of Redline’s service offerings at client dealerships. This includes hiring, training, managing performance, and ensuring quality and accountability across all field operations. The successful candidate will not only drive sales and territory expansion but also build and lead a team aligned with Redline’s culture of excellence and service. Role Highlights: Business Development Leadership: Take ownership of the region’s development, executing a strategic plan to achieve steady growth. Market Expansion: Identify untapped opportunities and position Redline as the go-to partner for dealerships in the region. Client-Centric Innovation: Understand dealership pain points and design tailored solutions that showcase Redline’s ability to solve complex problems effectively. Hands-On Execution: Build from the ground up, setting the stage for long-term success while managing the daily operations required to deliver results. Team Builder: Recruit, lead, and develop a team of Merchandising Specialists to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery across the region. Adaptability and Resilience: Embrace the challenges of growing a new market, using creative problem-solving and determination to overcome obstacles. Compensation and Benefits: Base salary plus profit-sharing, with expected first-year earnings ranging from $55,000 to $75,000, depending on performance and market success, paid in accordance with the company’s payroll schedule. Benefits Package that includes health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business, Management, or Marketing preferred, or equivalent related experience. Strong communication and relationship-building skills with diverse stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to take initiative, set goals, and achieve results, even in non-leadership roles. Experience hiring, coaching, and managing team members in a field service or operational environment is a plus. Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Problem-solving skills to analyze challenges, develop solutions, and make informed decisions under pressure. Adaptable, self-motivated, and eager to learn, with a willingness to seek advice and embrace feedback for continuous improvement.
