**Job Title: Certified Respiratory Therapist**

**Location:** Williamsport, PA

**Shift:** Flexible – Any 8-Hour Shift

**Job Description:**

We are seeking a Certified Respiratory Therapist with a minimum of 2 years of documented experience to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for patient care, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Administer respiratory therapy treatments to patients according to established protocols and procedures.
- Monitor and assess patients’ respiratory status and adjust treatments as necessary.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
- Educate patients and their families on respiratory health, therapy procedures, and equipment use.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and progress.
- Participate in departmental meetings, continuing education, and professional development activities.

**Qualifications:**

- Current certification as a Respiratory Therapist (CRT or RRT).
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a clinical setting.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of healthcare professionals.

**Contract Type:** 90 Weeks

**Guaranteed Hours:** Standard hours as per contract.
