Injection Molding Machine Operator

📍 Jacksonville, FL

💼 Full-Time | Monday–Thursday, 4:30 PM – 3:00 AM

💲$19–$25/hour (based on experience)

Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Injection Molding Machine Operator to join our team! Enjoy working in a clean, air-conditioned facility. This is a long-term opportunity with a stable and expanding company that offers full benefits and a supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor injection molding machines to ensure consistent product quality.
• Perform machine set-ups and changeovers efficiently and accurately.
• Change out molds as needed based on production requirements.
• Conduct basic preventative maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• Previous experience operating injection molding machines preferred.
• Ability to perform mechanical tasks such as mold changes and basic maintenance.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Willingness to work evening shifts (Monday–Thursday, 4:30 PM – 3:00 AM).
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $25.00/hr.
